Audition Update

I got in. Woot!*

The real reason is actually pretty simple: the orchestra only had two percussionists to choose from (an actually competent percussionist, and I), and it needed at least two percussionists. The results are therefore somewhat obvious.

However, I do still have more auditions to go: mallet percussion, and snare drum. If I can get away with it, I'll weasel out of the snare drum one; as I said, I can't roll on snare!

*Considering my course load this term around, this might not actually be a good thing. However, going to rehearsals is alot more relaxing than banging one's head against the wall trying to finish assignments; I consider this part of my "relaxation" time.
