You'd have thought I'd know better by now...

The aforementioned molecular dynamics assignment, now being done 11 hours before it's due! Yay?

Sadly my bottleneck right now is computation time - I need to test large dt values, so... (waits, and waits, and waits...with 7 jobs running on a communal server, I don't feel like piling on more jobs than that. Thankfully, nobody else seem to be running anything at the moment.)

Also, yay, numerical problems!
